Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens is looking forward to an exciting year for visitors. With new animal exhibits and plenty of activities for the entire family, Naples Zoo provides an adventure year-round. More information on these events will be available a few weeks prior to each event.


2010 EVENTS

June 1 – September 3: Wild Shots Photo Contest
Enter your best pictures taken at Naples Zoo during 2010 and you could win great prizes. Adult and kids categories.


August 1-31: Emergency Workers Free  
To show appreciation for the police, paramedics, and firefighters who help keep everyone safe, Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens is offering FREE admission to emergency workers from August 1 – 31, 2010.  Active and retired emergency workers will receive free admission to Naples Zoo by presenting photo ID and identification from their workplace. Other adult and child guests in their party can also purchase tickets for $2 off regular Zoo admission throughout the month of August as well.

September 3 - 6: Labor Day Weekend

October 23: Boo at the Zoo
Have a spooktacularly good time celebrating Halloween during Boo at the Zoo at Naples Zoo. Kids can trick or treat throughout the Zoo, join in a fun costume contest, and watch animals have a good time “carving” pumpkins with tooth and claw.

November 11 - 14: Veteran’s Day Weekend (Thursday - Sunday)
Free Admission for Military Personnel. In honor of those who serve our country, Naples Zoo is offering free admission to all active and retired military personnel. Military personnel receive free admission at the Zoo’s ticket box by presenting current military identification or membership card in a veteran's organization and matching name photo ID.  Plus, adult and child guests in their party can also purchase online tickets at $2 off regular Zoo admission during the weekend.


November 25:  Zoo closed for Thanksgiving

December 13–24: 12 Days of Wild Holiday Fun
It’s not a partridge in a pear tree or five golden rings, but for 12 days in December from the 13th all the way to Christmas Eve, Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens will be delivering gifts to the animals. Zoo guests will watch lions claw into beautifully wrapped presents, hyenas lick candy canes made from blood and ice, lemurs nibble treats off a Christmas tree, and many other animals enjoy holiday-related delicacies.

December 25: Zoo closed for Christmas Day. Zoo closes at 4 p.m. on December 24.
